Importing SM Bookmarks into FFox

I recently updated my SeaMonkey to 2.0 and when I reinstalled FireFox I wanted it to import my bookmarks and passwords from SM. FF provides importing from IE or Opera only - no way to import from other Mozilla browsers. Any suggestions? -- JohnW-Mpls
