Unauthorized change of 'homepage'

Hello; I am using Seamonkey 2.23 which I downloaded on Dec. 13, 2013. I run McAfee internet security and Advanced System Care in the system tray. Occasionally upon booting up I get a dialog box from Advanced System Care that there is an attempt to change my homepage; it offers me the option
