Should be proficient in troubleshooting related hardware and performance issues. - Experience building Golden Image for complex software systems. Discipline to track all changes. - Experience setting up Virtual Environments - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Good documentation skills - Independent and responsive o Ability to take assignment, document and track tasks/issues without being told twice o If something is not understood, s/he needs to raise issues immediately, escalate as required o Discipline to record and track progress on all tasks o Ability to create and review procedures independently including driving open questions to closure o Flexibility to support issues in off hours - Candidate will be working closely with different groups in the division, including h/w, systems, s/w, and applications - ClearCase administration ability an added plus.
