Job Title : SQL DBA Location :Irvine, CA Duration : Contract Position SQL DBA- (SQL Cluster Expert) IMMEDIATE/ URGENT contract need Need SQL Cluster EXPERT (no time for learning). Primary skillset MUST be SQL 2003/2005 report directly to Director of IT 150 Terabytes of data 160 servers Work that needs to be done: Has a new server-- has 2 nodes-- need to either bring node online or edit (standalone or active, active) Processing: requests and index's data and it's getting hammered SAN: is delivering so fast that it's getting flooded with threads and failing midstream Framework will be done during day and failover work during evenings and weekends.
