Oh wow, I forgot the difference between my arms and my elbows! Thanks Aaron for pointing that out. I have played quite a bit with the ATK before, indeed the transformation tools are really great. I downloaded the ADT this last weekend have been playing around with the examples in Octave - yet to l

Thanks so much Aaron! I have seen the ambisonic toolkit around but haven't played with it too much. I will look into it and compare the values you get, to the values I've got. If I run into issues I will definitely contact you. The speakers are relatively equidistant but I definitely think there ar

Hi Sean, Are all the speakers at the same distance? If not, the sound will be drawn to the closest one due to the precedence effect. So you need to insert delays and adjust the level. For small arrays, near field compensation is also important. My MATLAB/Octave toolbox implements AllRAD (in fact,

Thanks for the reply Florian. Yes, was aware of the imaginary loudspeakers. The algorithm I've implemented does take this into account. Although maybe some further tweaking is necessary. Currently it adds these imaginary loudspeakers into the convex hull algorithm if there are top and bottom louds
