Well after sifting thru all the information I could find on 2004 VW TDIs and finding a local vendor who last month started selling B20, I decided to give it a try at my own risk. I had about a 1/4 tank of dino and filled with B20. The only thing that I noticed was that it didn't always start on the first 2-3 second touch of the ignition. But that could have easily been due to the sudden change of weather. since then I had to fill again on dino and when it has been cold it does the same thing. So nothing too conclusive. As I get my processor built and working I will work on higher blends and kep all updated.
