Where did you get the penny per % from? All the things I read say $1
per gallon for virgin BioD and $0.50 per gallon from waste oil. So
from virgin oils there is the penny per percent of the mix, but I
hadn't seen any 20% cap.

I am not sure what "entity that places biodiesel into a vehicle's
tank" means. Does this mean that the gas station gets the rebate (and
lowers the price) or the customer who drove in? I think it means that
the gas station keeps track and gets the money. If that is the case
it would be better fo

their own use?
applicable for any kinds of rebate ?
For example if I purchased 100 gallons of B100 this year at market taxed
rate here in Phoenix ($3+) and have saved all of the receipts... is that
good for anything?
