I had a contract to have the restaurant pay me $1 per gallon to pick up their WVO. As the restaurant was brand new, I was being a nice guy and not billing them for my services. [yet] It's very important to have a document trail when working with grease pickups. So don't be a Mr. Nice Guy, make'em pay. Maintain your records.
