Alan, I would like to join you in your compliment to Hakan. I would also like to add, that I am glad to see that he can differentiate between 'the People' and certain Governmental activities. Far too many Americans fail to be able to make that distinction. We have too many Tyrannical Bureaucrats that are unaccountable to the People, because they are appointed instead of being elected. They are allowed to continue their Dictatorial abuse of their positions through illegal collusions with Prosecutors and Judges who either will not enforce the Laws, or are active participants by deliberately misinterpretting the Laws regarding Official Immunity from Prosecution for public Officials. Their Official Immunity is only for LEGAL activities that they engage in during the conduct of Official Business. They are NOT legally immune from prosecution for illegal activities conducted under Color of Authority. The first main problem with pressing this legal point is that Judges routinely dismiss any charges/complaints under cover of the Official Immunity from Prosecution Laws. That brings us down to the next level. Judges are NOT Officially Immune from Prosecution either, when they conduct illegal misinterpretations/misapplications of the Laws. Judges do indeed have immunity when conducting Official business under their Lawful Authority. No one has been able to show me where Judges have been vested with the Official Legal Authority to arbitrarily ignore the Laws 'as written'. When/if they do so, they are PERSONALLY legally liable for their actions, as they are not acting within the legal constraints of their Official capacity. Your second step is to file a Formal Legal Complaint against a local Tyrant. When this is wrongfully dismissed by a Judge, file a formal Legal Complaint against the Judge too.
