I didn't think you'd get away with no titration. Pity. So, Osman, as
I was saying, maybe you can lay your hands on a good digital pH
meter? With tallow I somehow think measuring the whole batch instead
of just a small sample might be even more pertinent.

It's absolutely a good plan to find out as much as you can first
before you take the plunge into making your own biodiesel. I take it
you have a source of free/cheap beef tallow? You can certainly use
beef tallow to make biodiesel, several companies are doing that, I'll
dig up some
