Turbines just do not turn fast enough that a bird will not see them

In northern California, there have been eagles killed by wind turbines. It is
not an urban myth. However, in places like East Texas, the killing of birds,
especially raptors, is not a problem because there are not many there to begin
with. That is probley true of were you live too.
