* Batik
* Apache FOP
* Other commercial FOPs
* inkscape (has a commandline switch for batch rendering)
* the gimp (haven't tried it)
* ksvg
* Adobe Graphics Server (fast, but expensive)
and many more

I've been using Batik a lot for rendering SVGs in the past. However, this
time Adobe's SVG Viewer 3.x happens to be the reference platform.

I have a map application that currently works. It is written using
html, php, Javascript, and svg. It has two embedded svg map elements
within the html separately. Both maps are using the default viewbox
values as follows (I don't specifically set the viewbox):

I have a line with arrrow head. I draw an arrow head using marker. I don't
like to change the scale of the arrow head in zoom in and zoom out. I have no
idea how to implement this functionality. let know your solution please
