Despite the extrordinary power of SVG, I have encountered (seemingly)
a limitation of the 1.1 specification. The generalized problem I am
trying to solve is this: I would like object A to overlap object B and
only object B, object B to overlap object C and only object C, and
object C to overlap ob
Maybe if we found a place to live in India.
