I would like to know the differences between SVG tiny 1.1 and SVG Basic
1.1.
I am aware of the following facts that SVG Basic 1.1 supports
- User Interactivity,
-Filter Effects
-Gradients
-Color Profile
-Scrripting support

Agents do not seem to be taking advantage of this.
