I'm not sure I follow the question. When you say
"Batik converts" are you referring to the SVGGraphics2D?
If so, the SVGGraphics2D converts to standard SVG 1.1 Full.
Depending on what features of the Java Graphics2D are
used it may use some more advanced features like filters.
Also depending on how text is drawn it may use text
with 'tspan' elements.
Finally it uses clipping if you set a clip on the
Graphics2D.
So the vast majority of the content should be
SVG Basic 1.1, with a little care it may generate
SVG Tiny 1.1.
