I do have the svg and xlink namespaces declared.
I'm running on Windows 2000. I went to
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/svg/build.html and wasn't sure which
one to download, so I chose the GDI+ Windows download. I made sure
that the gdiplus.dll file existed in the Mozilla /bin folder. It
