You might want to ask Michel Hirtzler, who did a SVG based drawing tool (http://
pilat.free.fr/dessin_loc/draw.svg).
Currently it only works in ASV, since Michel used some proprietary Adobe
extensions (e.g.
context menu), but it would be probably easy for him to fix.
