Hi, The SVG part should work anywhere, only the HTML wrapper talking to the SVG won't work besides IE. SVGs that use <image> are static and onmouseover won't work. You are best to load the the SVG with getURL if you want the mouseover. You will probably do that anyways because, according to how large your map is, you will want to only load certain layers depending on zoom.
