Log:
  Remove host binary object drivers from GENERIC
  
  Four drivers (hpt27xx, hptmv, hptnr, hptrr, hpt27xx) include precompiled
  binary objects; have users load them as modules if they are needed.
  
  Additional work (i.e., integrating devmatch) required before MFC.
