Log:
  Rename vfs.nfsd.enable_uidtostring to vfs.nfs.enable_uidtostring.
  It applies to both NFS client and NFS server, and is useful for both.
  This is different from vfs.nfsd.enable_stringtouid, which is specific
  to server side.
