Folks, when you study the traceroutes you see some ISPs have 8ms from Zürich to Frankfurt, some Nordic operator has 12ms for example. Still you (Fredy) and others seem to buy from them. Why? What would be the route from that operator to Interbusiness or Milan in general - I would be seriously
