Hello, We have a complaint from a customer, with unreachable website (stepcom.ch hosted on cloudflare). No DNS answer for domain for multiple DNS server of Bluewin (195.186.4.107 - 109 and 195.186.1.110 - 111 ) All working fine with an open DNS server. (Quad, Google etc). Could someone at

Hello Swinog, Does anybody from Bluewin can check SMTP host configuration ? It seems that mx doesn’t support SMTP UTF8 (we have customers with email address that contains ~ (for example): “SMTPUTF8 is required, but was not offered by host mxbw.lb.bluewin.ch[195.186.227.50]”
