I was using the Xiphos install manager, not the one in BibleCS.
For my current WinXP platform, Xiphos is the only way I can grab the Bela
module.
cf. For BD, I can view the module information, but one cannot download.
cf. For BibleCS, I don't have a Win32 binary that is compatible with SWORD

Looks to me like Xiphos found 1.0
The CrossWire Experimental repository includes the module called Bela (the
Belarusian Bible translation by Vasiliy A. Semukha).
The install manager in BD shows that the module was updated to v1.0.1 for
minor corrections to the .conf file.
The install manager in Xiphos still downloads v1.0 of the
