I was using the Xiphos install manager, not the one in BibleCS. For my current WinXP platform, Xiphos is the only way I can grab the Bela module. cf. For BD, I can view the module information, but one cannot download. cf. For BibleCS, I don't have a Win32 binary that is compatible with SWORD 1.6

It is by no means clear to me that any kind of auto-refresh (or multi-refresh, even when manual) is acceptable, given the otherwise paranoid persecution perspective about net access. A deliberate, manual choice to refresh seems to follow that outlook far more than any kind of "look what we can do
