Just my first working code for stuff. I post it because going to make
content for Synodal. Someone would like to make content for any other
english-speaking-module-v11n, so it would be preferred to test such
mappings first.
Format from http://www.ccel.org/refsys/refsys.html looks good, but
LZSS bug was in the engine, so you'll need to wait for a new compile, as
you say.
