The problem was that the schema (and other parts of the handbook) use the attribute 'editions', while the USFM to OSIS mapping in Appendix F describes use of a attribute 'edition'. Once my text was changed to use 'editions' everything validated. So there is a typo in the handbook. WHom do I repor
