Just taking one of these passages as a further example, it is clear that for
one location in the book of *Ezekiel* the chapter division differs between
the French Martin and the KJV.

That code (line 737) have insert and erase operation, but such things will
invalidate iterator afaik.

wreaks far more mischief on the French Martin translation than leaving the
default v11n.
Setting aside (for the moment) the wider issue of Psalms with canonical
titles, these are the extra verses.
