Hi all
Is there a list somewhere of elements that can contain canonical text. For
example "verse" and "q" can contain this. But "note" cannot.

Page 18 of the OSIS Reference includes,
"The canonical attribute is available on all elements. It has a ‘default’
value so it does not have to be entered
by the encoder if the default value is acceptable. Here it is shown with its
default value of true on osisText
so the reader can see it
Also, epub without DRM uses pretty generic compressions tools. That is, if you
rename an .epub to .zip, you can uncompress it and use your favorite massedit
tools on it.
