I had to get a new computer last April, so I don't have an existing
installation of BibleCS. When you have an installer, I'd be happy to
test it on Windows 8.1.

extract the files and r

tasks.

June 2010.
I've never installed it in my Windows 7 notebook.

It came up running. I didn't test all the features but I did check the
dictionary lookup, which if I remember correctly had been an issue
before, it seemed to work fine but I don't remember exactly what the old
issue was. InstallManager also came up but I didn't try to install

It has been hovering very close to the top of the list for a number of
years, but is an unknown amount of work.
