The x attributes are a means of retaining markup in the source text. Ignore
them as them next update won't have them. I figured out how they should be
represented.

Run a grep on src/modules/filters and you will know if an attribute is coded
for.

I read the tag wrong it's on an SID which makes much more sense

Well done, Karl and team. Thanks for all the hard work.
I found a brief opportunity during Christmas Day during which to install it
in my Windows 7 PC.
Success!

FWIW, here's a counted list of custom eXtensions to OSIS used as attributes
in the ESV module:
05206 x-begin-paragraph
19805 x-br
00081 x-declares
05206 x-end-paragraph
7 x-extra-space
11334 x-indent
00021 x-indent-2
02428 x-preverse
1 x-psalm-book
3 x-psalm-doxolog
So I have been hacking some on BibleTime's poetry handling, and discovered that
the ESV uses milestones for poetry. I'm assuming that for the eid tag, type
x-br means linebreak there, but I'm not sure about type x-indent. Do I indent
between the sid and the eid, or what's after the eid?
