The reason why I am asking about having the SVL files being able to open from
the command line, is because I have much much more of a library than it seems
that Geoffrey is describing that he has. I would desire the ability to through
other programs, or scripts to make SVL files from my library
I had asked previously about if it is possible to get the information on a
module, for reading. The answer I had gotten for BibleCS was to use help|about.
That was great for then, but I am wondering about another method. In another

My idea was to be able to create and download specific SVL files that

I like this idea, but I am not sure how it would work with the other non-Latin
character languages, I only use english parts of Sword though. So I might not
be able to help greatly with the testing of this one, but I like the sound of
it. In this example, I would guesss that for useing the word
I like what I see with relation to the idea to have the module names in the
search window in order to choose which module is being searched. It is much
nicer, well done.

A bug that I noticed is that it used to be an option to choose which color a
person wanted for the current verse, it is still possible to choose the
color, but it does not affect the display of the verse.

I second that comment about changing dictionaries/translations/commentaries

I will respond with the curiosity question of if sword is going to be made
to read other formats which is a wish list item in my opinion, what about
Bible Explorer files.

Adrian,
You had mentioned that you are trying to set up Diatheke on a web server. I
successfully have it set up on my personal computer and use it when I am
away from my computer. I am not sure as far as how to get it to work on a
UNIX machine, because I have traditionally have had trouble

Another thing I just noticed is that when doing a search in the MHC module,
the upper pane comes up blank with the exception of the corresponding verse
names. The popups still do appear and as usual they are the same as in the
bottom pane. Maybe my idea of the verse shown in context could be

A suggestion I had when doing a search, using the BetaM version, is related
to the search window and how it displays its verses. I had not had this
thought before, but not have the idea now since the font is increased and at

My suggestion, although some people (For example, the ones who I write
papers targeted to) don't know about it much, is to use the RSV, I am
grateful that Sword has it available for us to use.

I agree with that. Myself, I write Christian Articles in which I use the

Either I haven't noticed it or it may not be present, but I was looking for
the menu item, or what used to be a menu item that controlled the strong's

I was using the Strong's Hebrew dictionary, and went into word 00433 and
found that the resulting text was to small to read. Could someone fix this,
or do I need to download a new copy of that module.
