I was wondering how to achieve nested keys when using addgb, i.e. to
have subchapters show up in the tree view (as is done in 'imitation').

Hi.
When using thml2gbs, lines that end on any tag (e.g. or ) in
the source file seem to cause the rest of the current div to be omitted
in the conversion process.
Any solution to this?
