I had already reported that the conf file contains some mistakes.
e.g. The duplicated line [HebDelitzsch].
That's a critical error!
It's not necessary to have a separate module without the nikkud, because the
SWORD API enables front-ends to toggle these off or on using these conf
settings:
FreJND version 1.19 should be removed from CrossWire Beta,
though it would be sensible to wait until the reported errors introduced by
using the new tools have been fixed, and a version 1.21 becomes available.

Following discussion with the maintainer (yvand) of the FreJND I have
released a significantly updated version of it in the Main repo.
While the FreJND might well at some point benefit from a French v11n,
the number of reversified verses is actually rather small (well less
than 100).

The conf is to be encoded in the same as the module. We recommend that all new
modules are encoded as UTF-8. Haven’t looked but presume that this is. The text
you gave is indicative of UTF-8 encoding.

This is probably due to a second occurrence of [HebDelitzsch] at line 12 of

Please correct and also see to what's wrong with this line 11:

The module is UTF-8 (NFC) as is the text source OSIS on GitHub.
The conf file is encoded correctly 'en masse', but in detail there were
those four mistakes made in some previous conversion to UTF-8. It's a long
standing error. Previous versions had the same issue.
