I just had a crazy thought.
Seeing we have the problem where copyright holders don't see us as necessary,
why not set up a web page for user request of the locked modules. They click
on a button for the module they request which asks them for certain details,
name, address, etc and then

To avoid annoying bible societies, I would not have an auto-emailer.
Registering the level of interest might be a good idea though.

Stephen makes some good points.
Perhaps an online "petition", getting people to simply add their name
to a message requesting release of the module would help to show that
the interest is substantial.
