Hi DM, Now that you've got some more time free, please could you plan a slot to look at these issues which were raised in December. It should be easy enough to grab the thread from the mailing list archive. Has anyone else looked at them since then? David -- View this message in context: htt

Hi DM, Thanks for those observations. The output from MOD2IMP should be seen merely as circumstantial evidence as to what has happened after using OSIS2MOD to make the module. cf. Even MOD2IMP has a small amount of "lossyness", miniscule when compared to MOD2OSIS. These trivial quirks are a re

Hi DM, Well that is strange, because osis2mod does handle the title for the first bookGroup. Here is what Xiphos displays above Gen 1:1. Spanish Reina Valera Gómez 2010 Chapter 1 El Antiguo Testamento El libro de Génesis (Primer libro de Moisés) Génesis 1 1 En el principio creó Dios el ciel

The problem is that osis2mod has never tried to handle testament titles or introductions at all. Nor does it handle a title or introduction for the work as a whole. I'll need some help from Troy to know how to do this. In Him, DM On Dec 4, 2010, at 3:39 AM, David Haslam wrote: > > Tr

Thanks David. I haven't had the time to look at this, to properly reply to you. There's another bug in the handling of titles that is wrong also and should be opened as a second issue: Osis2mod no longer marks titles as pre-verse. Due to this, SWORD will put the verse number in the wrong place.

Troy Pulk's reply describes how osis2mod currently compiles a module, but it does not explain why it fails to conform to the OSIS example of basic structure as described in the wiki. The title of a bookGroup division structured as the New Testament should appear at the head of the NT, before the

I've seen this before, I've made a new EMTV module and there were no headings or titles in the old EMTV module. So in making a new module and adding headings or titles I was making mistakes because I didn't know how to do it. So, I read through the osis2mod.cpp REV. 2562 to see how it was supp
