There must be some way to use it commandline-based.
Some of these programs offer context menus in the
explorer, like "compress this diretory to directory.zip"
and they'll do it without user interaction. This could
be used in ModDsp.jsp.

the UNZIPSFX.EXE from http://www.info-zip.org/pub/infozip/UnZip.html

I can't stand installing directly from the server. This takes *far* too
long, and with all the bugs and modifications going on, I like to have the
zip file so I can keep a working copy zipped up on my system if I need it.
