Sorry, typo on my part.. it's 9685 not 9865khz.
I was given the frequency and time by the International Radio Serbia staff
and simply transposed the frequency numbers myself.

Western Europe Tuesday through Saturday from 12:30 to 1 AM UTC(Presumably
030 to 0100 UTC) on 9865khz.
