Caught VOA off schedule. Larry London’s Border Crossings. On 15580 via
Botswana as schedule, but 17530 is missing. 15610 is on with Larry London
at 1545UTC but is only supposed to be on for an hour at 1400UTC in Kurdish.
Second time I’ve caught 15610 on, off schedule but last time, 17530 was on
