Andy, someone swore they heard a mention of "Radio Guinea" when listening
on 9650 tonight.
Does that mean anything or help solve this mystery for sure?

This was recorded at 654pm AKDT on Thursday April 14, 2016 (0254UTC Friday
April 12th) in the middle of Alaska.
Nothing was scheduled on 9650khz at this time, and checking 2 different
sources confirmed this. Nothing scheduled later in the day on 9650khz would
be broadcasting what was heard in this
