The commercial software Replay Media Catcher works well with
flash-formatted BBC audio and video.
But I haven't tried it yet on the clip in question.

Like the previous video Real Player Downloader gives me This clip is not
available for download.
You'd have to look for proxy servers or software to make the site think
you're in the UK or some video download programm

concrete building).
Failures of Internet streaming and shortwave can somewhat be
circumvented but not always.

Well I TRIED to listen to the last news broadcast of the news, but my Tunein
Radio app stuttered twice so I didn't get a clean recording. If anyone got a
clean recording I'd love a copy.
