module needed was there ?

I've heard more reports of this with people using the WAMP package.
The solution I've heard is to switch to the XAMPP distribution. I have
not tested this myself, as I don't have the Windows platform yet
(currently downloading my Win7 though).

Does anyone out there have any experience installing the TCPDF Plugin in
1.1.6. I ran through the installation steps on the plugin site and I'm
running 1.1.6 (not sure why its listing 1.1.0) but it's returning the below

Well if you copied and pasted that id say the first issue is the plugin url:

that should be http://plugins.symfony-project.org:80/REST/...
should it not?
