When one changes some code on live site...there might be some changes in files that get cached (like images and CSS and JS)...
How can one make the browsers reload these new items after the build? Yes, cleaning browser cache would fetch a clean page, but for the users who have old copies in the cache, it might result in weird rendering of the page as some files are new and some are old...
