included:
$this->extractFromPhpFiles(sfConfig::get('sf_app_template_dir'));
$this->extractFromPhpFiles(sfConfig::get('sf_app_lib_dir'));

You have attached a messages.xml file.
Just run the task and, it will find that your messages.xml file is outdated.
The task will complete the file.
