I finally got it running thanks a lot (dont ask me in detail what the
problem was...it just worked).
I recognized, that with my installation of the plugin (0.2.1) I still
have problems 1 and 3 described here:

i think thats is fix declaring the "package" attribute on the database
tag on you schemas.
