For some reason, the plugin PEAR channel were de-synchronized from the Trac database for some plugins. It has been fixed now. As far as the sfPropelActAsSluggableBehaviorPlugin is concerned, only version 0.2.0 is available because the other files are not valid PEAR packages (they are in zip fo
