My symptom is that the DB menu in the debug toolbar has dissapeared (only on certain machines).
After searching in the code, I've discovered that there are no listeners for application.log events for sfDebugConnection objects, so the dispatcher isnt sending creole log messages to function sfLogger::listenToLogEvent(). This is only happening on certain machines for identical code.
