I use jQuery and jQueryUI for the most of my fancy stuff, too, but I think in
comparison to extJS it lacks a really powerful datagrid. There are a few
plugins for that, but i guess to transfer the lookfeel of a desktop app into
the web, extJS is more suited than jQuery.

I havn't used any of these libraries, but AFAIK, Windows-Users can work very
well with extJS. BTW. the TYPO3 CMS will use extJS in their next release for
some backend features.
