Can we update the pdf before timeline? Or is it just a one time submission?

I have number of patches in SymEngine. Do I need to submit a patch to SymPy
as well if I'm taking up a SymEngine project?

I'm Akash Trehan(CodeMaxx), an undergraduate Computer Science student at
