[sympy] test_risch.py with --slow enabled won't complete

In running ./bin/test sympy/integrals/tests/test_risch.py --slow my computer hangs on the second of the two tests. I tried letting it run for 15 or so minutes, but my Python process eventually ate up about 4 GB of memory. As I'm rather new to this, I figure I'd ask for advice before
