I'm interested in participating GSOC 2013 with Sympy idea - Mobile app for
iOS and/or Andriod
At the moment I have no programming experience with Python development.
But I have nearly 1 hand half years of experience with Android app
development.
And also I have developed couple of Java backend for my Android
applications with Google App Engine.

My questions are,
1) With the above idea, I know, I have to do Python development hardly, and
have to concentrate more on Android development with Java.
So In that case, should I contribute Sympy with patches ( coding in Python
), before submitting my GSOC proposal?

2) As the above idea says, "NOTE: If you want to do this project, you MUST
discuss it with us first, so that we can be sure that we have a mentor."
Who should I contact?

3) And just to clarify, is this idea expecting to build a front view with
Android, and still run the same Sympy python banckend?
