Dear all GSoC candidates and mentors,

I found there is no wiki page for GSoC this year, although the
GSoC-Student-Instructions
<https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/GSoC-Student-Instructions> mentions it.
So I created one for you. You can list your wiki page or proposals here
GSoC-2023-Current-Applications
<https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/GSoC-2023-Current-Applications> according
to the GSoC-Application-Template
<https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/GSoC-Application-Template>. Don't be
nervous if you don't have a wiki page, because it doesn't seem to be a
compulsory requirement.

Also, as a candidate, I would appreciate any comments regarding my
application page
<https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/GSoC-2023-Application-Baiyuan-Qiu:-Extensions-of-Symbolic-Control-Systems-(sympy.physics.control)>
.

Regards,
Baiyuan
